On a sedan, prefacelift style c/r LEDs would certainly make a car look younger than non-LEDs. But I gotta agree with the masses here, the r/c/r incandescent trumps the c/r LED for sedans in terms of overall looks AND actually makes the car look newer at the same time.
It’s possible but definitely a lot of work. You’ll have to cut the front portion of both fenders. Then weld the front of the coupe fender to the rear of the sedan fender.
